**Warehouse Associate**


Job Summary:

Responsible for the distributing, tracking, handling, and identifying all inventory material, as well as, the daily follow-up of

all warehouse related functions involving the operation of the company. Perform all inventory transactions related to the

maintenance of inventory accuracy in the computerized MRP system.

Essential Job Functions:

Pack or package by hand a wide variety of products and materials. Mark and label containers, container tags, or products.

Measure, weigh, and count products and materials. Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure

that packing specifications are met. Record product, packaging, and order information

Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. Keep

records and compile stock reports. Pack and unpack items to be stocked. Verify inventory computations by comparing

them to physical counts of stock.

Load and unload heavy merchandise from trailers, railway cars or aircraft. Move material within a warehouse or storage

area. May require the use of a pallet jack or a hand truck. Examine stock to verify conformance to specifications and shelf

life expiration.

Perform correct inventory practices as related to all system picking, packing and put-away transactions.

Follow requirements for proper storage and location of all inventory items.

Cross-train in other Distribution Center roles.

Perform Inventory Cycle Counting.

- Meet department quality, attendance and productivity requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Performs necessary housekeeping duties to maintain clean work environment
